Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for loose diamonds only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns (Loose Diamonds Only)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Non-Returnable Items (Important)

We do NOT accept returns for the following:

  • Custom / made-to-order jewelry (including all personalized or designed pieces)
    👉 These items are non-refundable and non-returnable
    👉 However, they are eligible for:
    • Warranty services
    • Cleaning & maintenance (refresh/polishing)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at jamesjewelrydiamond@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is:

  1. Return the eligible product (only loose diamonds within 7 days)
  2. Once approved, place a new order

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

However:

  • This applies only to non-custom items
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
