    All custom-designed items require production time. Your order will be completed and shipped within 14 days from the date of confirmation.
  • Loose Diamonds
    Loose diamonds are typically shipped within 2–8 business days.

  • All shipments are insured for the full value of the package
  • A signature is required upon delivery (no contactless delivery)
  • Packages cannot be left unattended at the delivery address
